Course Description
This course is designed to provide the student with an understanding of the foundations of mathematics in business. The course aims to inculcate business knowledge and analytical skills in graduates to think decisively in order to develop innovative solutions to problems in a business environment.
Course Learning Outcomes (CLO)
CLO1: Demonstrate the knowledge of basic equations, formulas and mathematical expressions in business.
CLO2: Apply the knowledge in mathematics (algebra, financial math, matrices, calculus, and optimization) in solving business problems.
