Course Description
The course provides a roadmap to achieve successful Leadership skills that need to be developed and utilized at every level of employment, but especially as the student seeks to lead people within their career. It outlines the theoretical foundations of the concept of Leadership through a thorough review of leadership theories and provides students with the opportunity to understand what it takes to influence and empower others. The course takes students on a fascinating journey through history, business, and science by studying great Leaders from all times and unveiling their secrets. The course presents behavioral models, tools, emotional intelligence competencies and personality benchmarks that students may immediately implement into their own career path. Finally, it equips students with capabilities required to be a more well-balanced, adaptable leader for building relationships with a spectrum of diverse stakeholders.

CLO 1: Analyze the theoretical evolution characterizing the study of 21st Century Leadership approaches/theories /styles.
CLO 2: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of leadership concepts and strategies of leading change in the real world.
